Rally Vincent is Bean's attractive partner. She keeps Bean in line whenever he seems to be getting worked up enough to do something rash. I don't think they are married (I didn't notice any rings on their fingers). She has some very odd ways of waking Bean up (shocking him with tazers and putting a hot skillet on his face). She is very quiet but can tell when danger is going to hit. The cops never mention her, so it seems to me that she doesn't often accompany Bean on his jobs. Although she doesn't seem like much she is dangerous with a gun, she nails one of the thugs right between the eyes from a good thirty yards in one shot. She seems to be a weapons specialist, she rattles off names of guns and identifies bullets and what they are used for without even giving it a second thought.
